GeoQuiz App demo

Inspiration

We love traveling and learning about different cultures and places around the world. We wanted to create an app that would let us share our passion for geography and challenge others to test their knowledge and curiosity.

What it does

GeoQuiz is a fun and educational app that tests your knowledge of famous places around the world. You can choose your difficulty level, from easy to hard, and answer multiple-choice questions about various landmarks, cities, countries, and regions. You can also get hints if you need them, but be careful, they will reduce your score. At the end of the quiz, you can see your score and compare it with other users.

How we built it

We built the app using PartyRock AWS. We customized different Widgets and modified prompt for the chatbot and image generation widget.

Challenges we ran into

Some of the challenges I faced while developing GeoQuiz were:

Finding a reliable and diverse source of geographic data and images
Testing the app on different devices and platforms
Inability to provide prompt for image generation based on the user's interactivity with the chatbot. This is limited due to PartyRock platform.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Creating a fully functional and interactive GeoQuiz app that works fine with various parameters.

How to use PartyRock Aws to create amazing apps only through various prompts and widgets customization.

What's next for GeoQuiz App

Some of the features and improvements that I plan to add to GeoQuiz app are:
Adding more categories and levels of difficulty for the quiz
Adding more languages and localization options for the app
Adding more social and gamification elements, such as leaderboards, badges, and challenges
Adding more feedback and customization options for the user
