This Story Visualizes, the forest fires in US and plots them out on GIS system, it also has 3 case studies and their relevant metrics

We built it using ArcGIS software and published in to the ArcGIS Story

This interactive Story Map dives into the rising threat of wildfires across the United States. Using real-time data from the National Interagency Fire Center, it shows where fires are burning right now and why they're becoming more frequent and severe. Through live maps, powerful visuals, and real case studies like the Dixie, Camp, and Maui fires, the project reveals how climate change, drought, and human activity are fueling a wildfire crisis. It compares the impact of major fires, highlights vulnerable regions, and encourages action — from better forest management to stronger fire prevention policies. This project isn’t just about maps — it’s about understanding a growing danger and what we can do to reduce its impact.
