Inspiration

Opening a pack is exciting, and maps invite the curiosity to find out what is beyond the next border. GeoPack brings that collection feeling into geography learning.

What it does

Collect cards for countries, states, provinces, and other regions. Open packs, explore regional facts, solve map puzzles, and take geography quizzes. Its collection and learning activities are designed to work offline, with a catalog covering more than 49,000 regions.

How we built it

GeoPack is built with Flutter and uses RevenueCat for in-app purchases. The app connects collectible cards with map interactions and quizzes, while offline support lets people keep exploring without a network connection.

Challenges we ran into

The design challenge is presenting a very large catalog of geographic regions in a way that feels inviting rather than overwhelming. Cards, maps, and short quizzes give the same information several approachable ways to explore.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

GeoPack turns countries and regions into a collection that can be explored through both map puzzles and quizzes, with more than 49,000 regions represented.

What we learned

Collecting and interactive maps can make a broad subject easier to explore one place at a time.
