Inspiration
Our inspiration was an educational game called Prodigy, which we all played in elementary school.
What it does
It helps students review basic area formulas through a fun game.
How we built it
We built it using the Godot game engine and gdscript.
Challenges we ran into
It was our first time working together with git and with the Godot game engine on a large scale.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of making a decently enjoyable game that can be easily expanded on.
What we learned
We learned how to use custom drawing in Godot to create graphics and use git to collaborate.
What's next for Geo Defense
We want to add an endless mode, more types of shapes, more composite figures, and more active gameplay. We want to make it possibly 3D as an ultimate goal.
Built With
- gdscript
- godot
