1.)Create an account with Genomelink and Login with It.
2.)Create a Temporal Username for Testing the application.( We implemnt this because Genomelinks does not provide us away of getting authenticated Users Username so as to create session for the user accessing the Application.)
3.)After authentication, User is presented with Dashboard with 4 Components

A.)Manage BP Data:
Every BP Patients has a BP Reader either Mobile Finger BP Reader or Normal BP Reader for taking BP readings. The App allows the user to input her BP Readings both (Systolic and DiaStolyic) readings to effectively determine his or her BP Status. This BP Readings results are warehoused on the users BP Calendar System based on Date and time it was taken. It also has BP Statistical Graphs that shows BP Readings and Results for that User over time. All this results are made available to Users Medical Team in realtime by the user sending to the her Medical links to Medical Teams in HIPPA Compliants Security via Email and SMS

B.)Genetic Insights and Medical Observations:
This Provides all the Blood Pressures(BP) Genomelinks Genetic Factors, their genetic Insights and Score Values for each authenticated user along with their various Medical Observations according to Medical Experts. This Medical observations and Genomelinks Genetic Insights and Score values are used by Medical team to effectively determine the genetic factors that are responsible for Rise and Fall in the Users Blood Pressures(Bp) to to better predict medications and treatment solutions for the Bp Patients.

This components also has a Medication Reports Diary that allows the Medical Team to record and Remark their Medical Observations based on Genomelinks Genetic Factors that may be linked up with the Users Blood Pressure Issues and then profer a solution towards the treatments.
User/Patients can be able to access those Medical reports from Medical Reports Calendar System on that Page based on Date and Time.

C.) Medications and Appointments:
This components has a Diary that allows the User to record her Medications intake Date and Time. User can also use it to book an appointment with Medical Teams. The Inputted data can be accessed from Medications and Appointments Calendar System on that Page.

D.) Share Data
This components allow the User to share her Medical links to Medical Teams in HIPPA Compliants Security via Email and SMS components

How we Built It.

1.) We use Genomelinks Authentication API to get authenticated Users Genetic Data by using Genomelinks Nodejs Sample Project API which we hosted on Glitch.com
2.) We then Forward the retrived content to another site Ogachijo.com so that we can save the Users Genetic Data to our database runing PHP and Mysql.
3.) We then use Genetic Medical Observations from Medical Sites listed above to Evaluate Users Genomelinks Genetic Factors that are responsible for Users rise and fall in Blood Pressure.
4.) For Bulding the System that Calculates the Users BP Status(High, Low or Normal Blood Pressures). We use Mathematical calculations for BP readings Values Ranges used by Medical Experts at www.mayoclinic.org to build the system.
For Instance Low BP. High BP, Normal BP, Hypertension etc. has values ranges based on Systolic and DiaStolic Readings from BP Reader. We compute those ranges and then write an algorithim that matches the Users/Patients BP Inputted Data to predict her exact BP Status.

Issues Encountered and How we Resolve it.

Genomelinks requires entering the "Client Id's, Secrets and Callback URL" in a terminal or Command prompt. This will become a problem when launching the application online because nodejs will go off once you close the termial. To mitigate this issue, I have to create an external environment variables files .env and then teweak Genomelink API Nodejs code to integrate the enviroment variables thus making it as part of the Genomelinks API. No more entering of Client Id's, Secrets and Callback URL" on the Shell prompt, Terminals or Command Prompt.....
