We've all been there; we didn't quite get our desired seat on the plane. Whether wanting a little more leg room or to sit next to loved ones, a seat switch could make the flight much more enjoyable. Of course, we are not alone in this feeling. Many people on the plane want a different seat and are willing switch. Our algorithm accumulates all these preferences and works to best serve everyone by swapping people who opt in.
