Buys on one exchange, sells on the other. Always finds a profitable match, and the highest volume it can go for. Also keeps track of the opening and closing of the exchanges since they are periodic. We close all positions of an instrument 15 seconds before it's closing so that it can start with 0 when both exchanges open up again, having a maximum opportunity for profit.
