The disparity of salaries of women in corporate fields.

What it does

Evaluate and measure performance of women and men in corporate entities and showcase whether there is a salary disparity.

How we built it

We evaluated a dataset consisting of salaries, jobs, educational background and experience of men and women, and fed the data into Llama to see if it could tell us whether someone with a particular set of parameters would be underpaid because of their gender.

Challenges we ran into

Our dataset did not have as many parameters as we wanted as such datasets are typically highly confidential.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We were able to produce a final working product despite the time limit.
