The hackathon's gender pay gap analyser will be created as a cutting-edge, approachable web tool that enables people and organisations to comprehend, address, and eventually close the gender pay gap.solution will pinpoint the main causes of the gender pay gap in particular organisations through sophisticated statistical modelling and data-driven insights. : Based on the determined underlying factors, the analyser will produce tailored recommendations and actionable insights.The solution will offer tools, best practises, and case studies pertaining to gender pay parity in order to advance awareness and education.
How we built it
We have build it through sheer hardwork and with our knowledge and skills.We have used various programing languages and platforms to bring our ideation on a single page.
Challenges we ran into
We faced few challenges,one being the less availibility of credible datasets..However,we could overcome the hardships through constant team effort.

We could succesfully make a calculator and add wow factors to our project..We are happy that we could create a project similar to what we thought .
