Inspiration
Juniors need to learn the foundational skills before they can reliably manage agents performing audit procedures. I was inspired by the opportunity to solve a genuinely difficult challenge - I don't think anybody really knows how to manage this much disruption to education and professional training.
What it does
It attempts to provide realistic learning experiences for junior auditors to develop critical thinking skills and uses the power of LLMs to provide personalised learning plans.

Challenges we ran into
Simulating human behaviour is up there. People r weird (and wonderful!)
Accomplishments that we're proud of
AI that juniors can learn from, experts can trust and regulators approve is genuinely something that should not be in tension with one another. This is a positive step towards making AI a force for good.

What's next for GenAI for upskilling GenZ in mission-critical workflows
I am gonna keep building and developing the UI - this is a rudimentary POC. It would be good if this was built ontop of actual audit engagement management software.
