Gemini Smart-Audit Agent

💡 Inspiration

Modern software development moves fast, but security vulnerabilities like SQL injections and weak cryptographic practices often slip through code reviews. Inspired by the need for automated, intelligent security auditing, we built the Gemini Smart-Audit Agent to help developers identify, analyze, and automatically fix security weaknesses in their codebases.

• Core AI: Powered by Google's Gemini models for deep vulnerability analysis and remediation.
• Frontend & Interface: Built using Streamlit for a seamless, interactive user experience.
• Execution & Deployment: Configured and deployed securely using Google Cloud Run.
• Languages Supported: Handles various programming languages with flexible execution environments.

🚧 Challenges we faced

Integrating automated code fixing while ensuring syntactic correctness and security standards required careful prompt engineering and robust context management with the Gemini API.

📚 What we learned

We gained deep hands-on experience in building agentic AI workflows, leveraging Google Cloud Run for deployment, and implementing automated static security analysis.
