Gear'd Up

Inspiration

We wanted to help the Pittsburgh community. We wanted residents to have quick access to bikes and stations.

What it does

Our App is supposed to give the user the amount of available bikes at each station, give routes to another station, and tell the user amount of time each route would take.

How we built it

Using aws amplify, figma, vs code, react, github, and python.

Challenges we ran into

Time constraints, using new software and applications. Learning completely new skills on the spot.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Figuring out how to present our frontend development into a preview-app website.

What we learned

Developing an app requires a lot of technical knowledge, however with time and more researching it is feasible.

What's next for Gear'd Up

Hopefully figuring out how to implement a Map API
