Inspiration

This project is inspired by Artificial Intelligence technology as it's changing the world day by day and making it more automated it's an inspiration to implement this technology to Classify the Garbage and Make it reusable and Dissaggrigate the Hazardous and Harmful Waste.

What it does

Careful and robust classification of waste materials is important given the strict controls required for storage, treatment, and disposal of hazardous waste, in addition to the higher costs involved compared with other waste types. It is also important to ensure that wastes are disposed of in the correct landfill sites.

How we built it

We built it using Python Programming Language on Jupyter Notebook We used the Image data of Garbage to train our model. then we Evaluated the Trained model we have got around 82% Accuracy.

Challenges we ran into

We faced Challenges in finding accurate datasets and training them on our local System. We Successfully trained the model after 10 hrs of work. and Due to short of time, we couldn't able to Deploy on any GUI Platform.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud that we have completed the project in time and also we are the only team from India to join this Hackathon.

What we learned

We have learned how to make AI models How to train them with great accuracy how to search for datasets and much more about AI and its Subset Domains.

What's next for Garbage Classifier

We are planning to implement this model on a large scale using IoT and Classifying the Garbage for Better Tomorrow.
