• # Turning Learning into a Game with AI

## Inspiration

We were inspired by the idea that learning can feel like playing a real game instead of completing a quiz. Students should be able to explore worlds, solve problems, build skills, and progress through levels while learning school subjects.

## What We Built

We built an AI creation platform where teachers and students can create real educational games. A teacher can describe For example, students could play an adventure game where they travel through a fantasy kingdom, collect resources, help characters, and unlock new areas by using math, science, or reading skills. The learning happens naturally through gameplay rather than through a list of quiz questions. We use codex to create the app also openai api with gpt-5.6-sol for user creating the game.

## How We Built It

We designed the platform so users can enter a game idea and learning topic in plain language. AI then helps generate the game’s story, objectives, characters, environment, and challenges. Teachers can customize the game to match their classroom goals, while students can create and share their own educational game ideas.

## Challenges We Faced

One challenge was making the games feel genuinely fun while still supporting learning. We needed to create meaningful game mechanics, such as exploration, building, collecting, and problem-solving, instead of relying only on questions and answers. We also had to make the platform simple enough for teachers and students to use without needing to know how to code.

## What We Learned

We learned that AI can help anyone become a game creator. We also learned that students may feel more motivated when they learn through a world they can explore and shape themselves. Our project shows how AI can turn lessons into interactive experiences where learning feels like an adventure.
