Generate Poems about the hazards of climate change

Inspiration

Of recent, the effects of global warming is becoming increasingly obvious and dangerous. Recent news from Deutsche Welle, World Health Organisation, e.t.c have reported news on how climate change is negatively impacting the lives of people, most noticeably in Africa.

Due to these disastrous hazards, I'm an active participant in lots of global warming groups that are trying to combat the latent issues by creating awareness and planting lots of trees.

What it does

AI Musician is a web app that uses the power of Gemini AI to generate poems about the dangers of climate change. The poem can be generated in either English, Spanish, French, e.t.c. You can copy and share the poems on social media.

How we built it

The tools used are HTML, CSS and Javascript. There's a button and a dropdown of languages. When the button is clicked, the selected language from the drop down is used to generate a poem about climate change.

Challenges we ran into

  • Implementing a nice UI/UX.
  • Deploying the web project on firebase.
  • Assembling a good team.
  • Brainstorming on an optimal Minimum Viable Product.
