Inspiration
AI-generated content is exploding — from stunning visuals to immersive videos — yet there’s no real home for the creators behind it. Gallorai was born to fill that gap: a creative sanctuary for AI artists, developers, and innovators to connect, share, and grow.
What it does
Gallorai is a community platform for AI-generated content. Users can upload media (images, videos, 3D, vectors, websites), explore curated posts, engage through likes and comments, and earn credits by interacting — creating a loop of creativity and kindness.
How we built it
We used a full-stack approach with modern tools: Vue 3 + Quasar for the frontend, Supabase for backend/auth, and a modular structure for scalability. The MVP is focused on clean UX, core engagement features, and a functional credit-based interaction system.
Challenges we ran into
Balancing simplicity and versatility for diverse media types was tricky. Designing a credit system that feels fair and rewarding without being too complex also required iteration. Plus, making the platform feel like a “home” — not just a gallery — was a creative challenge.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We created a working platform that doesn't just showcase AI content — it fosters culture. From the smooth UX to the community-based engagement system, Gallorai already feels like a space where creators belong.
What we learned
Building a niche social platform is more than features — it’s about emotion, belonging, and flow. We also deepened our skills with Supabase, state management in Vue, and designing gamified engagement models.
What's next for Gallorai
We plan to grow Gallorai into a full creative economy: premium packs, creator storefronts, collaboration tools, and a scalable credit system. But short-term, we’ll keep refining the platform, expanding discovery tools, and building the culture.
