As the host of a Galentine's Day event themed around "Firepit Girls' Talk," I envisioned an evening filled with laughter, wine, and engaging games tailored specifically for the occasion. With a desire to add a personal touch to the festivities and avoid the generic randomness of pre-made trivia games, I embarked on a journey to create a Galentine's Day trivia game app.

Leveraging AWS Bedrock and the Claude model, I built an app that contains four key widgets, each serving a distinct purpose in enhancing the user experience.

The first widget allowed users to input keywords, enabling them to customize the trivia questions according to their interests and the theme of our event. The model-generated trivia questions were based on the keywords entered in the question widget. Once the question widget was filled, the model would continue generating the answer widget. By limiting the question widget's returns to exclude any movie references before 2000, I ensured that the trivia remained current and relatable, reflecting my own knowledge base and preferences.

Recognizing the importance of visual appeal, I also incorporated a widget dedicated to generating humorous and meme-worthy images, adding an extra layer of entertainment to the game.

At the heart of the app was the belief that anyone, regardless of expertise, could effortlessly become a game master. With just a few clicks, users could access a treasure trove of personalized trivia and funny images, enriching our Galentine's Day celebration with laughter, camaraderie, and memorable moments.
