Inspiration
With the ongoing coronavirus outbreak impacting organisations all over the world, duty of care obligation has never been more important to corporate world. While Touchless payments and booking are novel, it did not help to prevent the pandemic in countries where these solutions are implemented. Social-distancing and Social-bubble are identified as the most effective way for flattering the curve.
On the other hand, the world has decided to reopen the the economy and instead focus on saving the the risky groups e.g long-term care, and limiting the size of the public gatherings. For example, according to United States Tour Operators Association, 79% of members say their marketing message will change with an emphasis on health and safety, and a focus on the advantages of small group/ship size.
Our goal is to help travel management and tour operation companies to create digital social bubble with low-cost and easy to deploy solutions that guarantees the economic growth .
The Challenges that we want to address is Hygiene and Health.
Your solution and what it does
GAAS solves a new pain points for travel companies and business travelers; how to create smart social bubble. GAAS asses travelers situation and behaviors to see how vulnerable they are to the pandemic situation and how risky they are to others. Then it uses this data to put the traveler into one of the 4 pre-defined profiles:
+1) It can be used by Travel Management Companies to assess "Duty of Care" to mitigate the risk for business travels.
+2) Multinational corporation can use it to profile their employees and lift-up the travel ban for their low-risk employees.
+3) It helps insurance companies to come to an acceptable transparency about the liability based on risk profile.
+4) Tour Operators can use it to take proportional precaution, and recommend appropriate tour packages to their customers.

The prototype is built as ad add-on to QTSurvey, and LimeSurvey (from GUI)

+3) Customizable and salable based on traveler's source and destination.
What is next step for your solution and how will you take that step?
The only complication with this solution is that data collection should be based on Health Information Protect Act (HIPA). The next step is to develop the complete solution based on HIPA standards.
