Inspiration

I wondered if there was an official Gemini app from Google that I could chat with Gemini after seeing Gemini release. After finding that there was no such app, I decided to build one myself. I took it as a challenge for me on my way to becoming an Android Developer.

What it does

It makes it easy to use Gemini by using the app instead of entering the web version of Gemini chat.

How I built it

I've been building it with the support of my Father.

Challenges we ran into

I've run into the following challenges:

• There are too few Markdown support libraries (I've found only Markwon)
• Having not enough experience in Android development ## Accomplishments that we're proud of
• Making my first app that I'm publishing to Google Play ## What we learned
• Learned how to work with SDK
• Learned how to make my app prettier using Material Design 3
• Learning how to publish apps to Google Play ## What's next for G chat. After publishing, I'm planning to add some new features.
