It serves as an integrated hub that connects students, supervisors, HODs, Deans, Student Affairs, Accounts, and system administrators, facilitating a structured workflow for project submissions, approvals, and degree clearance.
For students, the portal provides an intuitive interface to submit project proposals, select supervisors, upload documentation such as SRS and final reports, and track the progress of their FYP stages. Dynamic progress indicators and notifications allow students to stay informed about approvals and feedback in real time, ensuring transparency and accountability. Supervisors can efficiently review submissions, approve or reject stages, provide feedback, and monitor the progress of all assigned students.
HODs and Deans benefit from tools that enable verification of supervisor assignments, approval of FYP enrollments, and oversight of department-level clearances. The Student Affairs module facilitates approval of hostel, library, and lab clearances, while the Accounts module manages financial clearances and ensures all dues are settled before graduation.
