Participating in the TUM Venture Labs hackathon proved to be an exhilarating experience for our team. The challenge posed by TUM Venture Labs not only captivated our interest but also offered a unique opportunity to shape the vision of a business. The freedom to decide our course of action allowed us to explore creative solutions, fostering an environment where innovation thrived.

What it does

Our project, aptly named FutureDrive Technologies, comprises two integral components designed to address specific needs in the market.

Landing Page: The landing page serves as the first point of interaction between our potential customers and our business. With a simple interface, it not only showcases our offerings but also enables us to collect valuable customer requests. Additionally, it streamlines the management of current bookings.

Business Plan: The core of our solution lies in the comprehensive business plan we meticulously crafted. This document encompasses a first cost estimation, providing insights into the financial viability of our venture. Emphasizing adaptability, our plan prioritizes aligning our concept with customer demands. This flexibility allows us to adjust our feature plan and prioritize tasks based on the dynamic needs of our target audience.

Challenges we ran into

As with any ambitious project, we encountered challenges along the way. One significant hurdle was striking the delicate balance between simplicity and detail. Our goal was to keep our solution as straightforward as possible while ensuring that each element was sufficiently detailed. At times, we found ourselves investing effort into aspects that, upon reflection, proved less effective. Through continuous reassessment and thoughtful reconsideration of our situation, we were able to overcome obstacles and maintain progress.

Our journey with TUM Venture Labs and iABG marks just the beginning of the exciting road ahead for FutureDrive Technologies. Moving forward, we are eager to leverage the support and resources provided by TUM Venture Labs and iABG to propel our project from ideation to realization. The enthusiasm within our team is palpable as we anticipate the next phases of development and implementation.
