Inspiration
I wrote a too long (~400 pages) mathematical article and being misinformed that it will spread well if I put Creative Commons on it, made it CC. It effectively does not spread. I wrongly published it (on a Russian site with English UI). Re-publishing was not successful for various reasons, such as not meeting article length standards.
As a result, the world effectively lost for example a new theory more general than group theory (I think, most scientists would not doubt that putting an ad of group theory at EVERY site would not be over-funding) and also discontinuous analysis. This would effectively mean no future science. No money for publication would mean effectively mean no future science.
So, once I got the idea to calculate salaries for scientists with a prediction-market based approach. I made an Ethereum dApp that does this. I've released it, but it now needs minor improvements.
Because of people behaving in a weird, abnormal way (for example, it's weird that a $1000000 scientific winner does not give me 1/2 of his prize because I didn't get the same due to religious discrimination and I would be to get a compensation) and as a result my failure judged in an abnormal way in Ethereum community, I called entire mankind to a God's lawsuit (in an inventive way: I cursed everybody that didn't press Like button in my YouTube channel with the judgment). I had a success: as expected, almost nobody pressed Like that is the adversary didn't take the subpoena and I won. So, I realized that I am one of the two witnesses of the Apocalypse. So, I decided I do not need to save mankind from death, because accordingly Rev. 11 from the Bible I leave the Earth anyway: after all, they are asymmetric monsters: they don't give me 1/2, don't help me to curse and judge them (awful, weird behavior!), etc., ignore the issue that scientific priority kills them, etc. Because I have the priority in crypto competitions, others don't do, so I effectively kill mankind by not finishing my project about climate change, also having very severely blocked development of science.
But later I realized that two witnesses are probably two branches of a wave function of one man, me, not two different people and that I may remain on the Earth with some probability. Moreover Jesus told me today that he wishes me to become either cold (to colden climate) or hot (to hotten climate) not stuck in the middle, so I today I di choose the cold branch of the wave function and do participate in this competition.
What it does
The smart contract collects donations in any kinds of tokens. The donations are used to fund a prediction market that may disperse money among scientists e.g. proportional (predicted) future citation count. It is under certain conditions is equivalent to transferring money from the future to promising scientists (or free software developers) proportionally to their predicted participation in common good. It can also be used to reward carbon counters proportionally to carbon saved and other common good. (I wrote also wrote another smart contract for thief-save carbon accounting, but didn't get funding for its contract audit. That another contract could be used together with this project.) So scientific publishers would get money to pay for SEO of important scientific works and the troubles with such things as Elsevier and my mis-published long scientific article would be solved. The project needs oracles like Google to calculate such things as scientists' citation counts, so we essentially buy Google by allocating a part of the donations (transferred from the future) for rewarding good actions of search engines.
It is reasonable to allocate a big part of gas fees of blockchains to my smart contract, because it's the world only reasonable smart contract for public goods.

Challenges we ran into
A conflict with Ethereum community.
The first trouble seems to be entirely caused by the second one, because I behaved like a drunken man because of the following:
Some energy badly influences my head: It could be acoustic energy, but I deem scientifically more likely that it is electromagnetic energy that I feel like a noise in my head. At least a part of this energy goes from an electronic lamp. My father who I still was not able to flee from (because he stole from me making me unable to earn a separate apparment in the past) likes to turn this lamp on, because he likes alcohol and wants me to be under bad brain influence too like him. (It is easy to sit near such an energy source if you don't work, but it's hard to work under such rays. You don't know this, because you never really worked.)

That my scientific research is unproperly published because of religious discrimination, so making it so much deficit that it seems to cost more than the rest of the world economy.
The idea to use make prediction market for financing science.

Tricky thief-safe carbon counting contract that could also be used for other common goods.

What's next for Future Salaries
I have no Ethereum gas because of the stupid conflict but I still can accept donations for the Ethereum project.
I want to duplicate it on NEO and get a big part of your gas to my contract.
I have a persuasive explanation that allocating a part of gas to a contract like mine is profitable even for traders (even if to ignore common goods) even in short term.
