Future Echoes AI Decision Mirror Tool

Inspiration

I noticed that people increasingly rely on AI for quick answers, but rarely reflect on how those answers might influence their thinking or long-term decision-making. I wanted to build something that encourages users to pause and see their decisions from multiple perspectives instead of just accepting one AI response.

What it does

Future Echoes( is an AI powered reflection tool where users enter any decision or question. The app shoud generates three perspectives: an AI perspective, a human reasoning perspective, and a future consequence perspective. It also provides a Reflection Score that shows how dependent the decision is on AI assistance.

How we built it

I built this project using Lovable as the main development platform. It handles the frontend UI and connects to a server-side AI function that generates structured responses. The app uses a single AI call to produce all three perspectives consistently and efficiently.

Challenges we ran into

One challenge was making sure each perspective felt unique and not repetitive. Another challenge was improving the UI so it felt like a real product instead of a default AI-generated template. I also had to refine the prompts so the AI outputs stayed consistent and structured. Another problem was after deploying to vercel it woud give me a 404 error so had to fix it long time.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We (i?) are proud of creating a fully working AIpowered web app with a clean and futuristic design i hope it looks good to others . The Reflection Score system adds an extra layer of depth beyond a simple chatbot, making the experience more meaningful and interactive.

What we learned

I learned how to structure AI outputs into multiple perspectives instead of a single response. I also improved my understanding of building userfriendly interfaces quickly using AI assisted tools , and how to turn an idea into a working prototype in a short time.
