Inspiration
Problem Statement Currently Pre-sales and Sales are happening physically with manual intervention. Most of the demos are happening on premise. In the Covid era, it is challenging and difficult to do the Pre-sales and Sales physically as well as track the client requirements. Inspite of this the new norm (Virtual and Digital) saves time and money with less travel and more focused, data driven and automated sales process.
What it does
Solution
Fusion SaleON (FSO), an Automated Digital Sales platform – Powered with AI/ML built on top of FFDC API’s to digitalize end to end sales process without physical touchbase with clients.
We come up with an Automated Digital Sales platform – Fusion SaleON (FSO) built on top of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and FFDC API’s which will help the Pre-sales and Sales teams to meet their targets without physical presence. FSO will give clients the options to
1 - Articulate the pain points and actual needs by an AI enabled Chatbot developed using NLP
2 - Get Intelligent suggestions on the products by considering the current market / trends, type of the tenant using AI / ML
3 - Get a Free Demo of the selected products / services by self-registering into the application. An automated engine will select the use case for the demo from the user input.
4 - Get suggestions on other related products from the client / customer response and feedback.
5 - Build a proposal and an optimized pricing model.
FSO will be an Automated Digital Sales man to meet sales requirements beginning from Presales to Proposal.
