Inspiration

I wanted an excuse to learn more about fusion so this is what I came up with

What it does

You enter in 2 elements and their speeds and and it tells you whether the atoms have enough energy to achieve fusion

How we built it

the BigDecimal class can store all of the very large values

Challenges we ran into

I had to make approximations to get around doing calculations with the strong force and quantum tunnelling, because those were too much for me to figure out in 1 day
