Inspiration
As founders, we were spending hours every week manually generating KPI reports for investors, struggling to compile metrics from platforms like Stripe, Google Analytics, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Shopify. The process was time-consuming, repetitive, and still lacked the insights we actually needed to make growth decisions. We realized we weren’t alone—and that business teams everywhere face the same challenge.
What it does
FunnelFuel is an AI-powered growth intelligence platform that:
Aggregates KPIs from multiple sources (Stripe, GA, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, Shopify, etc.) Automates reporting, performance monitoring, and anomaly detection Surfaces trends, identifies top-performing content, and tracks ROI across the full funnel Offers real-time, plain-English insights through NLP (e.g. "Why did engagement drop this week?") Delivers predictive recommendations for content, channels, and campaign success It's like having an AI growth analyst in your corner—24/7.
How we built it
We connected APIs from key platforms (Google Analytics, Stripe, Instagram, Shopify), ran anomaly detection script for real-time alerts, and used LangChain + OpenAI to power the NLP insight engine. For competitor benchmarking, we leveraged Apify for scraping and trend analysis, and used Tavus to auto-generate video KPI updates.
The frontend is built for simplicity and flexibility, with customizable dashboards and Slack/email alerts. We used lightweight orchestration via Python, Flask, and serverless functions.
Challenges we ran into

What we learned
Founders and marketers don’t just want data—they want clarity, direction, and speed Simple questions like “Why is traffic down?” can unlock massive value when answered well There’s a huge opportunity in bridging data aggregation + AI-driven recommendation systems Growth teams are flying blind because they can’t make sense of what’s working fast enough
