Inspiration

frogs are super cute, and not procrastinating is super cool

What it does

add and delete tasks, see your tasks, and get reminders 1 hour before, 5 minutes before, and when it's due

How we built it

built using discord's API and python

Challenges we ran into

creating the reminder feature... timers were difficult to work with... the discord bot permissions and intents were also a learning curve that prevented us from running the application initially

Accomplishments that we're proud of

creating the reminder feature! that was rough. working with and handling dictionaries for user input was very interesting

What we learned

how to use the discord API, how to use dictionaries in python, and how to use async functions

What's next for fun focus frog friend

releasing it as a usable bot! also adding features like gaining levels, and editing tasks to make it more user friendly and fun
