What it does
Fullhouse is a headless engine (with an optional Mac app / CLI control surface) that turns GitHub issues into tested draft pull requests using the AI coding subscriptions you already pay for.
Give Fullhouse a maintenance issue. It admits and claims the job, reproduces the problem in an isolated git worktree, runs a coding agent, runs the checks, redacts secrets, builds an evidence bundle, and opens a draft PR for human review. Nothing merges without a person.
The core idea: continuity across limits
Coding agents stop when they hit their provider's usage limit. Fullhouse detects that limit, preserves the native session, transcript context, worktree and branch, writes a ledger entry, and hands the same job to the next authorized provider — for example Claude Code → Codex. Work continues instead of restarting from zero.
Why it matters
- Limit handoff with context — Claude → Codex → OpenCode, without losing the thread of the work.
- Native session memory — each agent resumes from its own session, even days later.
- Parallel worktrees — every job is isolated, so multiple issues can run without conflicts.
- Evidence-backed PRs — test results, redacted logs, an evidence digest and a ledger of which agent did what.
- Subscription efficiency — it rotates the plans you already pay for; no new API keys and no per-token markup.
How it is exposed
One MCP server is the front door (fullhouse mcp, stdio and authenticated remote HTTP), so Claude Code, Codex, Grok, Cursor and other MCP clients can create jobs, check status, read evidence and list PRs. Thin client wrappers keep all execution, handoff, evidence and PR logic in the engine.
Proof (real runs, not mocks)
On a controlled fixture repository, the same issue run with a raw CLI stops at the limit with no PR. With Fullhouse, a forced Claude limit produced a ledgered handoff to Codex and a tested draft PR with an evidence bundle (about 82 seconds issue → draft PR, zero human interventions). A later 0.8.0 proof repeated the flow via MCP and verified the evidence; resubmitting the same request returned the same job instead of running twice.
