This is supposed to be built on:

Power Apps and Power Automate

Challenges we ran into:

includes unable to access the full features of Power Apps and Power Automate because it requires enterprise account

Accomplishments that we're proud of:

is developing an end-to-end process of the FMS using drag and drop tools to design the user interface of the app

What we learned?

it is important to be master of the different tools of Microsoft Tools and have a detailed analysis of the problem statement to come up with a potential workflow

What's next for Fuel Management System (FMS) for PTP?

to take feedbacks from the organization and to test the proposed solution.
