A juicy dynamic collectible made in Berlin. You can update your NFT Status Message at any time for just 1 Matic or 10 Icecubes [ICE]. Your Tokens start smelling if you don't keep them fresh. Your token needs ICE to stay fresh and fruity. You get Ice by bringing new users on board, by setting your message, and from frenz tipping you some ICE for your cool status.

Inspiration

Frooty Cool Tingz

We created a cool dynamic NFT collectible that lets users reset a text message inside their nft avatar speech bubble displayed on the NFT. There are more Gamification features to keep users onboard and active in the community in a gamified way. The Frooty Cool Tings is a Social Collectible Project that focuses on the Message!

What it does

Our Frooty Cool Tingz start with the Greenlist which allows 1234 of 5555 Users to sign up for a Free Mint on our Platform. Plus Users can change the Message on our Preview Token Display and Spread Their Word for at Least 1 Hour! The Admin is able to Reset the Message at any time in case someone Violates our Rules of Compliance!

4321 Users that couldn't fetch a Greenlist Slot will be able to Public Mint they have to Pay 5 EVMOS & GAS to receive their Token.

Every User Greenlist or Public can only mint once. The Mint goes live 24h after the last slot is taken this Process is half automated because it needs admin approval!

After tokens are Fully Minted they will be revealed and are fully functional. Users can update their Tokens Message for 1 Matic at any Time! The Tokens are Compliant with the DIAS Standard (Dynamic Interactive Asset Standard) and are Composed of Multiple Layers which allows them to Operate like this!

Since 0% of the Web3 Marketplaces Support the DIAS at this Moment we created an interface for users to view the Tokens on Site, evaluate the Rarity, Trade, and Swap the FROOTS they own.

In addition not part of this Hackathon Project Users will receive access to a web3 social platform with their Token as Avatar and a whole bunch of Frooty Cool Tingz!

How we built it

We used a basic EVM environment Workspace and our Product contains : HTML / SASS / JS / NodeJS / Solidity / Webpack / Truffle / DIAS

Our production process had 6 Iterative Loops and we've learned a lot ... like always!

Working Testnet Demo

Making NFTs dynamic to bring them to life the real-world Production Build is Live and we are trying to provide a Testnet Build with 5 instead of 5555 Tokens and 1 instead of 1234 Greenlist Slot so you can run through the entire Process Live! In the Testnet version I provided, the mint launch is automated after the 1st Greenlist Slot is taken, and after all, tokens are minted out the Tokens will reveal and the Swap goes Live also automatically!

The time ran out for real thorough testing so we apologize for that!

Challenges we ran into

Problem: The EVMOS Testnet was currently Out of Order and we struggled to Upload the test contract to the network until today.

We struggled with verifying the Smart Contracts on the EVMOS explorer but provided the repo including all contracts except the OpenZeppelin imports ERC20 & ERC721 which you are 100% familiar with!

Accomplishments that we're proud of

The creation of a dynamic NFT ecosystem that allows users to mint, view, update, trade, or sell dynamic NFTs on one platform! And the concept that keeps the user on the page and enables him to do everything on-page has a huge potential of onboarding web2 users into the ecosystem because they do not have to interact with multiple platforms!

What we learned

Dynamic NFTs need an ecosystem that supports them and a standard that unifies them and we are accomplishing exactly that step by step!
