Fruit Headphones

Inspiration

What inspired me was when I saw a fellow student customize her headphones in a shape of a heart about a month ago.

What it does

It is a soft cover over my preexisting headphones for visual and fashion through wearable tech.

How we built it

It was built from only two balls of yarn and a crochet hook.

Challenges we ran into

A challenge was making the orange the wrong size. To the point where I had to redo half of the project. Also, creating the leaves lead to them coming out to be in the wrong shape and only having the wrong sized hook.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Successfully completing the project with enough time to spare. Being able to test the headphones out to see if the yarn would slip off.

What we learned

I learned how to increase and decrease my stitches.

What's next for Fruit Headphones

Hopefully, to make other kinds of fruit like strawberries, blueberries, and more!
