Inspiration

We had an idea to help local farmers and to be enable them to deliver goods to the near cities. This creates extra revenue and is environmentally friendly.

What it does

Subscriptions and orders for weekly boxes of vegetables etc. can be made on an app. In order for the goos to be delivered, It takes a given amount of destinations which will be arranged in to the most efficient route for the delivery guy.

How we built it

We have built it with an react web application and a ef core / donet backend (API) and a website for presentation with html5 css3 and JS

Challenges we ran into

The biggest challange was to find an algorithm which provides the most efficient route for a given amount of destinations and to adapt those dynamicallyy.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We were able to create a Backend, Frontend and a Website including Mockups, which actually has MVP functions.

What we learned

We learn a lot of soft skills, event storming and how to manage problems in teams efficiently.

What's next for FROUT

We will further develop the application in order to be able to test it at a couple of local farmers which want to deliver goods in a weekly basis to local customers / destinations.
