Inspiration

Our frustration with customer support chat bots fueled our passion towards creating a streamlined support system for Frontier to utilize to not only assist current customers, but potential new ones.

What it does

FrontierCare is an extension of the Frontier website that provides live-support for any network related issues using generative AI.

How we built it

Underneath this ASP.NET web app written in C#, SambaNova powers the GenAI chat bot on the site.

Challenges we ran into

Coming together with our varying skill sets in different languages and frameworks made it difficult to find a starting place. We overcame this through our research on combining different tech stacks.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of the progress we made teaching each other skills that will carry over to our future projects.

What we learned

We learned how to take our individual talents and work together to solve one problem we were both passionate about.

What's next for FrontierCare

A more streamlined experience that doesn't rely on AI for those who are less tech-savvy will be added, so that users are not required to work with an LLM to get the solutions to their issues.
