Inspiration

Social Media platforms create updates that change the users’ experience in ways that they may not enjoy. We are fixing this in our new platform by allowing users to entirely customize their experience.

What it does

It is a widget like set-up so it is easy to use, especially since users have experience working with widgets on their phones.

How we built it

Since we're the design team, the biggest concern was the amount of detail we wanted to explain, so we really went into depth for the research and such to ensure our information is as accurate as possible. We also use Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva to create the illustrations you see on the slides.

Challenges we ran into

Our biggest challenge was since we are all beginners, and the design track is also very new we have difficulties understanding the criteria.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Since this was our first HackTAMS, we're very proud of our accomplishments and what we had created. When put on such a short time limit it was very cool to see what we could accomplish in such a short amount of time.

What we learned

Our main concerns were managing our time, while also making sure we split the work evenly among us. We didn't have any problems with that as much as we had expected.
