Freedom Scramble

Our app, Makan Aimai, is an app that recommends SG food, shows the nearby locations of SG food, and compiles SG food recipes. We hope to satisfy the SG food cravings of overseas Singaporeans.

What it does

it satisfies the Singaporean food cravings of overseas Singaporeans by presenting recommended food, recipes and nearby restaurants that serve the food.

Challenges we ran into

The design process for our app was not result of single draft but after multiple experimentations. Since we did not have any experience in app design, we had to learn how to use Figma from scratch and sought inspiration from existing apps.

What we learned

How to use Figma. We think it is a very interesting skillset to have especially if we dive into the field of UX/UI.
