Freedom of choice

My Idea is make all robo machines emit a tone (audible or not ) when calling a phone number. Your receiver would pick up that tone and stop calls after a delay for processioning. The FTC would have to tell the robo machine people to stop using the machines with out the tones, unless a qualified service man installs a tone generator in there old robo machine. Paul
