Revenue Kraken: AI Revenue Leak Hunter
Revenue Kraken is a business diagnostic app that helps small businesses uncover the hidden “revenue monsters” eating their profits. Instead of giving owners another generic dashboard, it turns business problems into a fast, visual leak scan: slow lead response, checkout abandonment, no-shows, weak reviews, dead leads, and pricing issues.
I built it because many small businesses do not know where revenue is leaking. They may have leads, traffic, customers, and appointments, but still lose money through slow follow-up, abandoned quotes, missed bookings, or poor retention. Revenue Kraken gives them a clear estimated leak amount, a score, and a prioritized battle plan.
How I used MeDo
I structured the build as a sequence of focused prompts. First, I asked MeDo to generate the core full-stack app: landing page, multi-step diagnostic form, results dashboard, fix pack store, and backend submission storage. Then I iterated with more specific prompts for calculations, validation, visual design, and business logic.
The conversation flow looked like this:
- Define the business use case and product concept.
- Generate the first full-stack version.
- Review page look and feel by page.
- Fix form fields, validation, and formulas.
- Upgrade the visual style into a dark premium SaaS interface.
- Add goal-aware prioritization for specific business cases like clinics.
- Connect the diagnostic form to MeDo backend tables.
- Add a Fix Pack Store concept for future monetization.
Best part MeDo generated
The strongest part is the Revenue Leak Analysis dashboard. MeDo helped turn raw form inputs into a polished business-facing result page with:
- A Revenue Leak Score
- Estimated monthly revenue leak
- Top priority issue
- A “Priority Battle Plan”
- Six revenue monster cards
- Conservative loss estimates
- Recommended fix packs
The monster concept made the app feel more memorable than a normal calculator. Instead of saying “your conversion rate is low,” the app identifies problems like Slow-Reply Ghost, Checkout Kraken, No-Show Vampire, and Review Desert. That made the product feel more like a business game plan than a spreadsheet.
Backend and data
I used MeDo’s backend services to store completed scan submissions and generated results. The app saves business inputs such as business type, monthly visitors, leads, customers, average order value, reviews, no-show rate, and main goal. It also stores calculated outputs such as revenue leak score, estimated monthly leak, and top priority leak.
This makes the app useful not only for users, but also for business analysis. In a real launch, the stored submissions could help identify which industries have the biggest revenue leaks and which fix packs are most relevant.
Plugins and API integrations
The current version focuses on MeDo’s built-in full-stack generation and backend storage. The Fix Pack Store is designed around one-time paid business products, with payment integration planned as a coming-soon feature. If extended, Stripe checkout would be connected to the four fix packs:
- DIY Revenue Leak Report
- Cart Recovery Script Pack
- Follow-Up Automation Kit
- Expert Growth Review
What makes it different
Revenue Kraken is not just a form, calculator, or dashboard. It is a revenue diagnosis funnel for small businesses. It captures business data, analyzes likely revenue leaks, ranks the most urgent problems, and points users toward practical fix packs.
The result is a business app that feels useful, visual, and monetizable — exactly the kind of workflow that no-code AI tools like MeDo can create quickly.
