Inspiration

Traditional financial tools look at assets in isolation, leaving everyday investors blind to how different holdings interact during market shifts. We built Free.MonAI to democratizing institutional-grade wealth management. Our inspiration was to create a truly autonomous, intelligent ecosystem that helps users discover hidden correlations between diverse asset classes—like equities, crypto, and real estate—to build resilient, long-term portfolios.

What it does

Free.MonAI is an autonomous financial co-pilot. The application connects to global financial data streams to map out macro and micro links between different asset types. Instead of giving generic static advice, Free.MonAI analyzes real-time and historical data to dynamically recommend highly optimized, risk-adjusted long-term investment portfolios tailored to the user's specific goals.

How we built it (Architecture & Tech Stack)

We structured Free.MonAI around a robust Multi-Agent Architecture powered by Google Cloud infrastructure to meet the strict autonomous requirements of the XPRIZE Hackathon:

The Data Ingestion Agent: Continuously aggregates real-time and historical financial metrics across stocks, crypto, commodities, and real estate using reliable financial APIs.
The Gemini Correlation Engine: Leverages Gemini 1.5 Pro via Vertex AI to handle complex multi-modal analysis. It processes structured price feeds alongside unstructured economic news to detect hidden market correlations and risk dependencies.
The Portfolio Optimization Agent: Acts autonomously to formulate personalized, long-term asset allocation models. It calculates risk-reward trade-offs based on the statistical links discovered by the core engine.
Backend & Frontend: Built with a scalable Python/Node.js backend hosted on Google Cloud Run, delivering a seamless user dashboard via a responsive frontend.
