Purpose
Free Image Merger is a small web tool I build for turning several images into a single usable file. It is useful for side-by-side comparisons, screenshot sequences, mood boards and simple collages.
Workflow
Add images from your device or paste a screenshot, then choose a horizontal, vertical, grid or freestyle layout. Adjust spacing, alignment, background and corner rounding. Export the composition as PNG, JPG or WebP.
Browser implementation
The tool uses browser JavaScript and an HTML canvas. Image merging happens on the device, without sending the selected images to a server. It requires no account and adds no watermark. Large inputs still depend on the available memory and canvas limits of the browser.
Practical details
Use PNG or WebP when a transparent background matters. Review small text at the final export size, and check image order before download. A collage does not replace descriptive alternative text when the result is published.
