inspiration
very much inspired by the demos released by Open Government Products during their hackathons, one of which was a scam-detection software. They very much take credit for a bulk of the design process. I tried to introduce more ways to upload images of the scan, making it more accessible etc.
issues
the AI API from OpenAI was very much a big issue, I was struggling to train it on sample scam messages, and its detection was still lackluster. maybe it might be my parameters but I'm not sure, as I said, still very new to AI APIs and what not.
