Inspiration

I feel still technical gap between AI Agent Building and AI Agent Lovers. There exist many frameworks, SDKs and tools in the market. Also it is still hard to explain people what is AI Agent and how it is works!

When I searching about AI Agents, I realized that a yaml file is enough to have an AI Agent. I asked what if I allow users to fill that yaml file, then I can compile it using agno. Also, I inspired Frankestein why don't users to build their own AI Frankestein Agents by Drag&Drop his parts!

🧟‍♂️ FrankenAgent Lab Belongs in the Frankenstein Category

🧩 It stitches together many unrelated technologies — LLMs, YAML blueprints, MCP servers, FastAPI, React, OAuth, Redis, Cloud Run, Python tools, web search, memory systems, and more.

⚡ Creates a true technological chimera — each “body part” (head, arms, legs, heart, spine) represents a different subsystem fused into one agent.

🔌 Combines incompatible ecosystems — frontend + backend + cloud infra + agent frameworks + tooling + protocols working as one.

🛠️ Designed for assembly — you literally build agents by attaching components like crafting a creature.

🎭 The theme is built into the concept — the naming, structure, and user experience all embrace the Frankenstein metaphor.

🚀 Unexpected power emerges from the mix — workflows, tools, memory, guardrails, and execution orchestration all cooperate through the stitched blueprint system.

How we built it

I used Figma Make for UI (Vibe Designing maybe) and completely Kiro.

Challenges we ran into

Tool Selection: Kiro suggested me to use Supabase in a conversation, and I lost 300 credits and 10 hours so that makes doubled backend so that I'd already deployed the app Google Cloud.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Everybody can easily understand what is AI Agent and can build their AI Agents easily.

What we learned

Soooo many things! I'm following hackathons to challenge myself and learn what I need. I was curious about agno framework so that this hackathon allowed me to learn completely what is AI Agents, how the frameworks used, figma make is not bad and Kiro is awesome!

What's next for Franken AI Agent Lab

Marketplace mode: I will allow users to publish their FrankenAgents to other FrankenAgent Builders!
