Inspiration

As a mod, it can be hard to "wow" a user when they visit the sub, and point them in the right direction to get started. I wanted to build something that allowed mods to express themselves creatively, and build the banner they want for the sub instead of something rigid.

What it does

Frame is a full blown canvas editor. Add images, gifs, buttons, drawings, etc. and place them where you want. Showcase to potential sub members what the sub is about, and link them to the most useful information to get started.

How we built it

Inspired by modern image editors, such as canva. We asked subs with beautiful banners how they made them, then replicated that process when building Frame, ensuring it would be easy for them to recreate their banner, but include buttons or featured content that can be changed at any time.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Frame is an excellent tool for subs to showcase anything they want, but in testing, we realized it is also an awesome profile portfolio tool. Users can create a frame in our test sub, and pin it to their profile.

What's next for Frame Banner

Adding more function to the editor, more features, more customization!
