🏗️ About the Project – Fractise Fractise is a Web3-powered platform that lets users invest in real estate through fractional, tokenized assets using their crypto wallets. Our goal is to make real estate as accessible, liquid, and borderless as crypto itself.

💡 Inspiration As a solo founder and crypto enthusiast, I noticed how difficult it is for everyday people to invest in real estate — it's expensive, slow, and requires intermediaries. At the same time, crypto has made it possible to own, trade, and interact with assets at a global scale.

I asked:

"What if you could invest in a piece of a property as easily as you swap tokens?"

Fractise was born from that question — aiming to bridge real estate + crypto into a simple, user-friendly experience.

🔧 How It Was Built Frontend: Built entirely on Bolt.new — leveraging their visual builder and GitHub flow for custom logic.

Backend: Powered by Supabase for authentication, Postgres database, and row-level security.

Wallet Integration: RainbowKit and Thirdweb to enable seamless Web3 login and token balance fetching.

Deployment: Hosted via Netlify, integrated directly with GitHub.

🚧 Challenges Faced Learning Curve: This was my first time using Bolt, Supabase, and Web3 wallets together. Stitching them into one smooth UX was challenging.

Database Structuring: Designing a schema for properties, token holdings, and portfolios took several iterations.

Design Friction: Matching custom designs from 21st.dev with Bolt’s component system required deep customization.

Time Constraint: As a solo builder, balancing UI, backend, wallet logic, and vision was intense — but incredibly rewarding.

📚 What I Learned How to structure full-stack Web3 apps using Bolt + Supabase + WalletKit.

How to think like a product builder — focusing not just on features, but user experience.

The importance of iteration — starting scrappy, and improving along the way.

Shipping early matters more than perfection.
