🚀 About the Project — FounderPilot AI
💡 Inspiration
During hackathons and university entrepreneurship events, we noticed that many student startup ideas end at presentations. Once the event is over, students often lack clarity on what steps to take next. This gap between ideation and execution inspired us to build FounderPilot AI.
📚 What We Learned
We learned that student founders do not need more ideas—they need structured direction. This project helped us understand how generative AI, when guided by well-designed prompts, can act as an execution mentor for early-stage founders, especially in the Indian university ecosystem.
🛠️ How We Built It
FounderPilot AI is built entirely using Google AI Studio. We designed structured prompts and workflows that analyze a startup idea and generate clear outputs such as problem statements, target audience definition, MVP features, validation checklists, a 7-day action plan, and user acquisition guidance. The focus was on accuracy, clarity, and actionable insights rather than complex infrastructure.
⚙️ Challenges We Faced
The biggest challenge was refining prompts to avoid generic responses and ensure that the guidance was practical, concise, and relevant for student founders. Balancing depth with simplicity was critical to making the tool useful within a hackathon context.
🎯 Outcome
FounderPilot AI helps student founders move from uncertainty to action by clearly outlining what to do next after ideation, making entrepreneurship more accessible and execution-driven.
Ideas create possibilities. Execution creates startups.
