September 26, 2026 update:

This Devpost now serves primarily as a historical record of the project’s origin rather than a current description of the work.

As noted in my previous update, FounderOS evolved into the Governed Work System (GWS). Since then, the research and implementation have advanced substantially beyond the architecture, demonstrations, screenshots, and test counts represented on this page.

Current GWS work focuses on a broader control-plane problem: how increasingly capable human and machine workers can operate through provider-neutral systems while keeping authority, execution, information access, evidence, and responsibility explicitly governed rather than implicitly bundled together.

Recent work includes governed provider substitution; worker qualification and realized-worker identity; explicit authority/effect boundaries; independent verification; provenance and durable effect evidence; revocation and entitlement semantics; human-legible supervision; and governed recursive improvement under the principle that capability may compound while authority does not automatically recurse with it.

The project is also being developed toward a human-owned, provider-independent operating layer that can coordinate AI models, local workers, external agents, human workers, and eventually wearable interfaces without making any single provider or agent the system of authority.

I am preserving this page because it documents an important earlier stage of the project and its evolution. It should not be read as the current GWS specification, architecture, or research frontier.

A dedicated current GWS research profile and public research surface are in development and will replace this page as the canonical external reference.
