Inspiration

Founders and small teams often spend too much time managing repetitive tasks, organizing information, and handling everyday business operations. We wanted to build an AI-powered assistant that makes these tasks simpler and helps founders focus on growing their businesses.

What it does

FounderFlow AI is an AI-powered business assistant designed to help founders turn ideas into actionable plans and streamline daily workflows. It provides an intuitive interface with light and dark modes and uses AI to help users generate useful business outputs from their inputs.

How we built it

We built FounderFlow AI with a React-based frontend and a backend API. The application connects its user interface to backend services to process requests and deliver AI-powered responses. We focused on creating a clean, responsive experience with a warm, nude-inspired color palette, along with light and dark themes.

Challenges we faced

One of the main challenges was connecting the frontend and backend reliably and ensuring that requests were processed correctly. We also worked on creating a consistent user experience across different screens and implementing the theme-switching functionality.

What we learned

We gained practical experience in full-stack development, frontend-backend integration, API handling, and building an AI-powered application. We also learned the importance of testing the complete application locally and validating that its core functionality works as expected.

What's next

We aim to expand FounderFlow AI with more useful business workflows, improved AI-generated recommendations, and integrations that help founders manage their work more efficiently.
