Inspiration
I always believe in second chances, so rehab and reentry work resonates with me. I've previously built software for a nonprofit specialized in reentry support work in Maryland. It's currently active and being used to reduce recidivism from 20% to 2% at scale! Estimated savings for Maryland are $20M/yr
What it does
CBOs (Community-based Organizations) can email the agent a form submission, .csv files (at the program-level or individual-level like an attendance sheet), or a description on a program completed, and it'll de-identify it to protect sensitive participant data and structure it in the canonical aggregated database, which TPW can review and generate reports from - both at the CBO-level and TPW admin level (across CBOs)
