Inspiration

In everyday workflows, many people use Google Forms to collect data (e.g., surveys, feedback forms, etc.), but organizing and exporting this data often requires manual effort, which is time-consuming and error-prone. We wanted to create a simple and efficient tool that automatically converts Google Form responses into well-structured Word documents, saving users time and improving productivity.

What it does

Challenges I ran into

API Permission Management :

Configuring permissions with the Google Forms API was complex, requiring careful attention to security and user data privacy.

Data Formatting :

Different forms have varying fields and structures, so designing a universal template engine to handle diverse scenarios was challenging.

Performance Optimization :

Ensuring fast export speeds and high-quality files when processing large datasets required significant optimization.
