Inspiration

As UCLA freshmen, we are in a lot of clubs that require reimbursements. Filling them out and keeping track of them takes a lot of time and feels like busy work for many club officers

What it does

Formerly allows users to upload receipts and uses AI to extract relevant information to auto submit a reimbursement that gets saved on an Airtable spreadsheet.

How we built it

We built it using AWS Nova, Dynamo DB, and our frontend with ReactJS.

Challenges we ran into

We didn't know how to implement the different views for admin vs student until much later.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of pitching this to AWS representatives in real time at UCLA AWS Cloud Club's Architect the Cloud event, and implementing their feedback for this submission.
