Inspiration

We noticed that many young people have big ideas — apps they want to build, designs they imagine, businesses they dream of — but lack the skills, tools, or support to bring them to life. As young creators ourselves, we wanted to change that. Form was built to turn imagination into action, and make it ridiculously easy for anyone — especially teenagers — to create the future, starting now.

What it does

Form is an AI-powered builder for the next generation of creators. With just a few prompts, users can:

  1. Generate full startup/app ideas with user roles, revenue plans and features. (FORMulate)
  2. Generates app pages layout or website pages with AI. (reFORM)
  3. Customize your design to make it feel personal. (transFORM)
  4. Deploy the prototype with one-click. (perFORM)
  5. Generates slides for investors called a pitch deck. With a presentation software UI. (preFORM)
  6. Generate working code for your website.
  7. Extra features like Activity, Teams (for collaboration), Settings page, Progress Tracker and AI-Assistant to guide you through the process.

All in one simple workspace. No coding or design experience needed.

How we built it

Built with GPT-4 Turbo for text/code generation Integrated DALL·E 3 for AI image generation Frontend developed with Next.js + TailwindCSS UI/UX designed in Figma by teen creators Backend powered by Node.js, hosted on Vercel Custom workflow system for combining AI steps in one flow

Challenges we ran into

Managing token costs for a large amount of generation. Designing a tool that feels powerful but not overwhelming. Balancing AI freedom with meaningful structure. Getting clean, usable code from raw AI generations. The pitch deck feature took a lot of time. Enhancing the code generation to make the website more professional. Creating an experience that teens, youths and uneducated users genuinely want to use.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Fully working software built. Testing it after so many errors and it finally worked. Built 100% by a team of teens and youth under 20. Being able to share it with a lot of people. The final simplicity and how fast it generates the concepts.

What we learned

AI can be a launchpad, not a replacement — the real power comes when youth use it as a creative amplifier. Simplicity is hard — and less is more when designing for teen users Young people aren’t just users. With the right tools, they’re builders.

What's next for Form

Launching Form v1 public in November 2025. Partnering with brands, educators, and NGOs to scale youth access. Applying for funding to keep it free and expand globally. Make it a full stacked productivity tool, for people starting brands, startups and businesses. Improve the activity, ai-assistant and teams feature (it's still a little bit buggy)
